Maggi is accompanying me everywhere and we used to eat it for dinners too. Yet it did not get place in my blog. Nevertheless, it
is not too late 2013 has just started.

Ingredients:
| Meri Masala Maggi | 3 (large packets) |
| Carrots | 1 large size |
| Capsicum | 2 medium size |
| Green Chillies | 4 |
| Tomato | 2 medium size |
| Maggi masala | 3 sachets comes in Maggi packet |
| Garlic cloves | 6 |
| Red chili pwd | 1/2 tsp |
| Lemon juice | 11/2 tbsp |
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 cup |
| Salt | 1/4 tbsp |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
Method:
- Wash and chop carrots, tomato and capsicum as per desired shape.
- Slice the garlic, green chillies and chop coriander leaves.
- Heat the oil and slightly roast the garlic, put chopped vegetables, green chillies and cook it on medium flame until it gets tender.
- Now, add maggi masala powder, red chilli powder and stir it for few seconds.
- Break apart maggi and cover it with water, squeeze lemon in to it just before Maggi is cooked.
- Lastly, garnish it with coriander leaves.

- You can add salt as per your choice.
- Do not add too much water, you won't like soggy Maggi.
